I've bought 3 surfboards, 2 wetsuits, leg ropes, deck pads, wax, thongs, shorts - and other surf related STUFF. They are awesome! Ask for Sebastian, he will hook you up - and do it with a super stoked, share the passion attitude which this store is known for. I absolutely love going into this store, even if its just to check out the new boards. They have all the top-shelf, exotic stuff and are all too happy to explain what you need - or don't need! They love shooting the breeze about surfing or whatever, which makes this place more of a clubhouse than a surf shop. If you're searching for a place to shop for surf gear in the shire, you've found it!
A shop I will never again purchase anything from. They sold me a SUP package that was not suitable for me. It as 8’10” ECS model. They never discussed any other models, even though the ECS website has substantial information including a graph showing the model for persons weight and ability. In my case this was the 10ft model. I test paddled the SUP and found it not suitable. I took it back in 100% new state and asked for replacement to the correct SUP shown on the ECS website. The manager was at home and the salesman got him on the phone to be told no exchange even though the package prices were the same. I asked to talk to him on the phone but refused to talk to me. When manager was back in the shop I took the SUP back to show it was 100% as sold after only 15 minutes River paddle. He checked it and said NO exchange. I was amazed at the lack of customer service and the manner I was spoken to. I needed the larger model as it was the correct product for me. I said I will give $50 extra to get this resolved and he said $100. I was so sick of the horrible treatment and said I will give $70. He agreed and we exchanged. I now see my returned board is in the new product shop window. Just highlights the terrible customer service in the running of this business.
